Stephen Cope
Stephen Cope is a psychotherapist, Kripalu Yoga teacher, and author known for integrating Eastern contemplative traditions with Western psychology. He is the Scholar-in-Residence at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and the founding director of the Kripalu Institute for Extraordinary Living. Cope's work focuses on making ancient yoga scriptures accessible to mainstream readers and exploring the relationship between yoga, meditation, and contemporary psychology.
