K.J. Howe

K.J. Howe is a Canadian thriller author based in Toronto. She writes international kidnap-and-ransom and espionage thrillers featuring protagonist Thea Paris. Howe is also the executive director of ThrillerFest and has researched kidnapping extensively to bring authenticity to her novels. Her debut, The Freedom Broker, won Best First Novel at the Thriller Awards and received strong critical praise.
