Gregg Andrew Hurwitz (born August 1973) is an American novelist, screenwriter and comic-book writer best known for fast-paced thriller fiction, including the bestselling Orphan X series. He has written standalone thrillers and series (Tim Rackley, The Rains Brothers), written comics for Marvel and DC, and worked in film and television as a screenwriter and producer. He has taught fiction writing at USC and guest-lectured at universities including Harvard and UCLA.
