Nicola Yoon is a Jamaican-American novelist best known for her bestselling young adult novels Everything, Everything and The Sun Is Also a Star. She grew up in Jamaica and Brooklyn, worked as a programmer before turning to fiction, and has received multiple honors including a Printz Honor and the John Steptoe New Talent Award. Two of her novels have been adapted as feature films.
