Rosamund Lupton (born Rosamund Jane Orde-Powlett) is a British novelist and former screenwriter and critic. She studied English literature at the University of Cambridge and is best known for her bestselling novels Sister, Afterwards, The Quality of Silence and Three Hours. Her debut novel Sister was a major international success and has been translated into many languages. Lupton lives in London with her family.
