Abigail Dean

Abigail Dean is a British novelist from Manchester who grew up in the Peak District. A former bookseller and lawyer (specialising in information technology law), she made her literary debut with the bestselling psychological thriller Girl A (2021). Her subsequent novels include Day One (2024) and The Death of Us (2025). Dean lives in South London with her family and writes in English.
