Elizabeth Berg
Elizabeth Berg (born December 2, 1948) is an American novelist and former registered nurse known for contemporary fiction that focuses on relationships, life transitions, and family. Her works include novels, short stories, and nonfiction about writing; she has been widely read and received awards such as the New England Book Award. Berg's books include Durable Goods, Open House (an Oprah's Book Club selection), The Art of Mending, and The Confession Club.
