Kristin Neff is a pioneer in self-compassion research and an associate professor of educational psychology at the University of Texas at Austin. Christopher Germer is a clinical psychologist and lecturer on psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Together, they co-developed the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program and co-founded the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion.
