Judith Fertig
Judith Fertig is an award-winning cookbook author, food lifestyle writer, and novelist. Known as a 'heartland cookbook icon,' she has written numerous cookbooks on topics ranging from Midwestern cuisine and baking to barbecue. She also branched into fiction with novels like 'The Cake Therapist' and 'The Memory of Lemon,' which often incorporate themes of food, family, and emotional healing. She studied at the Cordon Bleu in London and La Varenne in Paris, and holds a Master of Arts in humanities.
