Lisa McMann is an American author known for her bestselling young adult and middle-grade fiction. She gained widespread recognition for her paranormal Wake trilogy and the dystopian fantasy series The Unwanteds. Born in Holland, Michigan, she later moved to Arizona, where she continues to write and reside with her family.
