Alex North

Alex North is a British crime and psychological-thriller author from Leeds, England. He studied philosophy at the University of Leeds and worked in academia before writing fiction. His debut novel, The Whisper Man, became an international bestseller and has been widely praised for its atmospheric, father–son drama blended with chilling suspense. He lives in Leeds with his family and has published additional novels including The Shadows and Afraid of the Light.
