Wiley Cash is a New York Times bestselling American novelist and educator known for his Southern Gothic and literary fiction, often set in his home state of North Carolina. He serves as the executive director of Literary Arts at the University of North Carolina Asheville and has been a recipient of the North Carolina Award for Literature.
