Emily Hourican
Emily Hourican is an Irish journalist and author. She has written features for the Sunday Independent for many years, as well as for Image magazine, Condé Nast Traveler, and Woman and Home. She has also served as an editor for several magazines. Her debut novel, The Privileged, was shortlisted for the 2016 Irish Book Awards. She is known for her contemporary novels and her historical fiction series about the Guinness sisters. She also published a memoir, How To (Really) Be A Mother, in 2013.
