Sascha Arango

Sascha Arango is a prominent German screenwriter, author of audio plays, and novelist. Born in Berlin in 1959 to a German mother and a Colombian father, he began his career writing screenplays for radio, cinema, and television in 1989, including episodes for the long-running detective series Tatort. He has also taught at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and the DFFB in Berlin. His debut novel, 'The Truth and Other Lies' (Die Wahrheit und andere Lügen), was published in 2015.
