Eliza Gordon, Jennifer Sommersby

Jennifer Sommersby, writing as Eliza Gordon, is a bestselling author, freelance editor, and entrepreneur. She has worked in the publishing industry for over twenty years and has authored thirteen novels and three novellas. Her YA debut, 'Sleight,' was recognized as a Canadian Children's Book Centre Best Book for Kids & Teens and an Ontario Library Association Best Bets Honourable Mention. She also received a BC Arts Council Grant for a climate fiction work-in-progress. Her rom-com debut, 'Must Love Otters,' as Eliza Gordon, reached #1 on the Barnes & Noble store list and other titles have charted on Amazon, Apple Books, and Kobo. Sommersby also runs SGA Books, supporting indie authors with editorial services and publishing resources. She is the Community Programming Lead with the Federation of BC Writers. Her upcoming nonfiction book is titled 'Please Don't Make Me Read This.'
