Kern Carter is a Toronto-based author, ghostwriter, and speaker known for exploring themes of identity, vulnerability, and emotional truth in his work. Born in Trinidad and raised in Canada, he brings a personal voice to both fiction and non-fiction. Carter began his career in self-publishing before achieving traditional publishing success. He is also the founder of CRY Creative Group, an organization dedicated to building a community of emerging writers. He teaches professional writing at the college level and hosts workshops on craft and storytelling.
