Vanessa Brown

Vanessa Brown is a writer, editor, and local historian based in London, Ontario, Canada. She is the co-owner of Brown & Dickson Bookstore and has authored several books, including "The Forest City Killer," "London: 150 Cultural Moments," and "The Grand Old Lady: A History of Hotel London." She is also a professor at Fanshawe College, teaching courses in writing, communications, and English literature. Her professional career has focused on her love of books and literature, and she believes that the structures of story craft can be applied to non-fiction as much as to traditional narrative fiction.
