Janet Brown
Janet Brown is an Australian writer whose work includes plays, short stories, and novels. She has a Master of Arts in Creative Writing and has taught at Victoria University. Her plays have been staged since 2004 and published by Currency Press and Australian Plays. She has also written non-fiction books, including "Dancing Into Freedom" (2020), "I Did My Best" (2008), "The Shaded Side" (2003), and "In The Company of Strangers" (1993). Brown grew up in Melbourne and lives on a farm in the Surf Coast hinterland of Victoria.
