Jack Chabert is a pseudonym for Max Brallier, a New York Times bestselling author known for his children's books. He is the creator and author of the "Eerie Elementary" series and the "Poptropica" graphic novel series. Brallier also writes the "Galactic Hot Dogs" and "The Last Kids on Earth" series. He previously worked as a game designer for Poptropica and in the marketing department at St. Martin's Press. He was born on September 8, 1983, in Massachusetts, USA, and currently lives in New York City with his wife, Alyse, and daughter, Lila.
