Hélène Grémillon is a French novelist born on February 8, 1977, in Poitiers. After studying literature and history, she worked as a journalist for Le Figaro before becoming a full-time writer. Her debut novel, 'Le Confident' (The Confidant), published in 2010, became an international bestseller, translated into numerous languages. The novel is a love story set during World War II, exploring themes of secrets, jealousy, and revenge. Her second novel, 'La Garçonnière,' is a suspense novel inspired by a real-life drama in Buenos Aires. She is married to the French singer Julien Clerc.
