Serena Kent is the nom de plume of the husband-and-wife writing duo, Deborah Lawrenson and Robert Rees. They met at Cambridge University. Deborah previously worked as a journalist and has published eight novels. Robert worked in banking and music and has published one novel. They live in Kent, England, and also own a farmhouse in Provence, France. Their novels are light-humored murder mysteries set in Provence.
