Sam McBratney
Samuel McBratney was a writer from Northern Ireland, best known for his children's book "Guess How Much I Love You." He wrote over fifty books for children and young adults, and his work is noted for its gentle humor and focus on family relationships. Before becoming a full-time writer, he worked as a primary and secondary school teacher for twenty years. His first novel, "Mark Time," was published in 1976. McBratney passed away in September 2020 at the age of 77.
