Richard S. Kennedy
Richard S. Kennedy (1920-2002) was an American scholar, professor emeritus of English at Temple University, and a noted biographer. His scholarly work focused on E. E. Cummings, Thomas Wolfe, and Robert Browning. His most recognized achievement is his biography of E. E. Cummings, "Dreams in the Mirror." Kennedy was a graduate of Harvard University and taught at Temple University until his retirement in 1988, receiving the T.U. Great Teacher Award. He continued to write and research until his death on December 29, 2002.
