Keith Du Quette

Keith Du Quette is an American author and illustrator known for his children's books. He grew up in a visually artistic family, with his father being a cartoonist. Du Quette studied art at the Art Students League, Yale University, and the State University of New York at Purchase, where he earned a B.F.A. in painting. He has worked as a library preservationist at the Brooklyn Museum Library. His work often features detailed illustrations created with watercolor, gouache, and colored pencil. Du Quette is also a painter and art-video creator, exploring abstract and landscape painting in his personal work. He is currently working on digitizing his published and unpublished titles into ebooks and narrated videos. He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
