Steve Dublanica, also known as "The Waiter," is the author of the bestselling book "Waiter Rant." He started his popular blog, WaiterRant.net, in 2004, which won the Bloggie Award for Best Writing of a Weblog in 2006. Dublanica has been featured in national media, including "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and "Today," as a representative voice for the millions of waiters in the United States. He previously worked as a waiter for seven years and has also worked in mental health care. Dublanica lives in the New York metropolitan area.
