Brett Cogburn

Brett Cogburn is an award-winning author known for his Western fiction. He was raised in Texas and Oklahoma, and his experiences working with horses and in rural settings have deeply influenced his writing. Cogburn is the great-grandson of the man who inspired the character Rooster Cogburn in "True Grit." He holds a BA in English with a minor in history and currently lives on a ranch in Oklahoma with his family. His work often focuses on compelling characters and the rugged spirit of the American West, whether set in historical or contemporary times.
