Goldy Moldavsky
Goldy Moldavsky was born in Lima, Peru, and grew up in Brooklyn, New York, where she currently resides. She is the author of several novels, including the New York Times bestseller "Kill the Boy Band," "The Mary Shelley Club," and "Lord of the Fly Fest." Her debut middle-grade title, "Bubblegum Shoes: The Case of the Contraband Closet," was inspired by black-and-white noir films. Moldavsky's work often explores themes of horror, satire, and suspense, and has been published in multiple languages. She is also known for her YA thriller "Just Say Yes," which draws inspiration from her own experiences as an undocumented teen in Brooklyn.
