Lauren Groff
Lauren Groff (born July 23, 1978) is an American novelist and short story writer. She is the author of The Monsters of Templeton, Arcadia, Fates and Furies, Matrix, The Vaster Wilds, and the short story collections Delicate Edible Birds and Florida. Her work regularly appears in The New Yorker and The Atlantic, and has been translated into many languages. Groff has received awards including The Story Prize and the Joyce Carol Oates Prize, and has been a finalist multiple times for the National Book Award. She lives in Gainesville, Florida.
