Marlo Morgan

Marlo Morgan (born September 29, 1937) is an American author and former health practitioner best known for the bestselling and controversial book Mutant Message Down Under (published 1990/1991). The book, presented initially as a true account of a walkabout with Australian Aboriginal people, achieved wide popularity internationally but drew strong criticism and protest from Aboriginal groups and scholars for fabrications and cultural misrepresentation. Morgan has published other works including Message from Forever (Mutant Message from Forever).
