LeAnne Campbell, PhD, is the author of The China Study Cookbook (revised and expanded edition, 2018). Daughter of nutrition researcher T. Colin Campbell, she has promoted whole-food, plant-based cooking for decades, founded the nonprofit Global Roots to support regenerative plant-based food systems, and has lived and worked in the mountains of La Cumbre, Dominican Republic and Durham, North Carolina. Her work centers on practical, family-friendly, no-added-fat plant-based recipes and community food education.
