Mollie Katzen is an American cookbook author and artist, best known for "The Moosewood Cookbook" (1977), which helped bring vegetarian cooking into the mainstream. She is also known for "The Enchanted Broccoli Forest" and numerous other popular cookbooks for both adults and children. Katzen's work is characterized by her hand-drawn illustrations and accessible recipes. She has been recognized as one of the "Five Women Who Changed the Way We Eat" and is an inductee of the James Beard Cookbook Hall of Fame.
