Michael Crummey

Michael Crummey (born 1965) is a Canadian poet and novelist whose work draws on the history, landscape and communities of Newfoundland and Labrador. He has published poetry, short stories and several acclaimed novels—often historical in focus—and has won multiple Canadian literary awards. His fiction includes River Thieves, Galore and The Wreckage.
