Helen Humphreys

Helen Humphreys is an acclaimed Canadian poet, novelist, and creative non-fiction writer. Born in Kingston-on-Thames, England, she moved to Canada as a child. Her work often explores the intersection of nature and the human experience, and she has received numerous awards for her writing, including the Rogers Writers' Trust Fiction Prize and the City of Toronto Book Award. She has served as the Poet Laureate for the City of Kingston.
