Mark Oshiro is a New York Times bestselling author, editor, and activist based in Atlanta, Georgia. They write young adult and middle grade fiction, often exploring themes of identity, belonging, and family. Before becoming a published novelist, Oshiro gained recognition for their online 'Mark Does Stuff' universe, where they analyzed books and television series. They are a transracial adoptee and have been a vocal advocate for diverse representation in literature.
