Charlotte Bingham (1942–2025) was a prolific English novelist and screenwriter, best known for her historical romance novels and her collaborative television writing with her husband, Terence Brady. Born into an aristocratic literary family, she gained early fame with her 1963 bestselling memoir, 'Coronet Among the Weeds'. Her career spanned over 30 novels and numerous successful television series, including 'Upstairs, Downstairs' and 'No, Honestly'.
