Marcus Ewert

Marcus Ewert is an American writer, actor, and director based in San Francisco. He is well-known for his children's books, including the award-winning '10,000 Dresses' (2008), which was the first children's book to feature a transgender character. His other works include 'Mummy Cat' and 'She Wanted to Be Haunted'. In addition to his literary work, he has been involved in film and animation, notably as a co-creator of the animated series 'Piki & Poko'.
