Kate Manning

Kate Manning is an American author and former documentary television producer. She has won two Emmy Awards for her work in television and has written for numerous publications including The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Guardian. She is known for her historical fiction novels, including 'Gilded Mountain', 'My Notorious Life', and 'Whitegirl'. She has also taught creative writing at Bard High School Early College in Manhattan.
