Tom Stewart
Tom Stewart is a Canadian novelist and memoirist living in Tofino, Vancouver Island. He grew up near Winnipeg, Canada, where he studied literature and philosophy at the University of Manitoba. Stewart has worked in northern Canada as a fishing and hunting guide, oil-rig roughneck, and bush-plane pilot. He also played poker professionally before dedicating himself to writing. His work often explores themes of human connection, the natural world, and the complexities of life. Stewart's writing is noted for its humor, sympathy, and detailed observations.
