Natasha Solomons

Natasha Solomons is a British author and screenwriter, born in 1980. She is the New York Times bestselling author of several novels, including "Mr. Rosenblum's List," "The House at Tyneford" (also known as "The Novel in the Viola"), "The Gallery of Vanished Husbands," and "House of Gold." Her work has been translated into seventeen languages. Solomons was born Natasha Carsley in South London and raised in North Dorset. Her maternal grandparents were refugees from Berlin and Austria who settled in Dorset. She was educated at Eltham College and holds an MPhil in English literature from the University of Glasgow and a PhD in eighteenth-century fiction from the University of Aberdeen. Solomons is dyslexic and has spoken about how this has influenced her writing process. She lives in Dorset, England, with her husband, children's author David Solomons, and their two children. She also co-writes screenplays with her husband.
