Rachel Simmons

Rachel Simmons is an American author known for her New York Times bestselling books on female aggression and adolescent girls, including "Odd Girl Out: The Hidden Culture of Aggression in Girls" and "The Curse of the Good Girl: Raising Authentic Girls with Courage and Confidence." She is also the author of "Enough As She Is: How to Help Girls Move Beyond Impossible Standards of Success to Live Healthy, Happy and Fulfilling Lives." Simmons is an educator, executive coach, and sought-after speaker who works internationally to develop strategies for reducing bullying and empowering girls.
