Glenn E. Singleton

Glenn E. Singleton is a racial equity expert, author, thought leader, and strategist. He is the founder and CEO of Courageous Conversation®, an agency that guides leadership development in education, government, corporations, law enforcement, and community organizing. Singleton is the creator of the Courageous Conversation® protocol and framework, and the Beyond Diversity™ curriculum. He has devoted over thirty years to promoting racial equity worldwide and developing leaders to do the same. He is also the founder and Board Chair of the Courageous Conversation® Global Foundation, which works to promote racial justice, interracial understanding, and human healing globally. In 2022, he founded Glenn Singleton & Associates, a consulting firm focused on supporting executive leadership in advancing their racial equity agendas.
