Gary Taubes

Gary Taubes is an American investigative science and health journalist and author. He is known for his work challenging conventional wisdom on diet, weight control, and disease, particularly focusing on the role of carbohydrates and insulin in obesity. He is the co-founder of the non-profit Nutrition Science Initiative (NuSI.org).
