Shar Levine
Shar Levine is a Canadian children's author, designer, and science communication specialist. She has written over 70 books and book/kits, primarily focusing on hands-on science for children. Levine is known professionally as Sciencelady and frequently speaks at writer's festivals and teacher/librarian conferences. She opened a science store for kids in Vancouver called Einstein's in 1987, which included a classroom where she taught hands-on science. Levine has a career spanning over 40 years, bridging complex scientific research with accessible public discourse.
