Tyler Feder

Tyler Feder is a Chicago-based artist and illustrator whose work explores themes of "Big Feelings," feminism, and pop culture. She graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Radio/TV/Film and a certificate in Creative Writing for the Media. Feder also studied comedy writing at The Second City Training Center. She began posting her artwork online in 2012, growing her illustration company, Roaring Softly, into a recognizable brand known for witty pop culture art and intersectional feminist pieces. Feder has illustrated for various clients, including Netflix, Comedy Central, and ESPN. She is the author and illustrator of the acclaimed young adult graphic memoir "Dancing at the Pity Party" and the picture book "Bodies Are Cool."
