Joseph Andrew Konrath (born March 29, 1970) is an American novelist best known for his Jack Daniels series of crime thrillers. He has written under several pen names—Jack Kilborn for horror and Joe Kimball for science fiction (Timecaster and its sequel). Konrath was an early adopter of ebook self-publishing and teaches creative writing; his work spans crime, thriller, horror, and action-oriented science fiction.
