Chris A. Bohjalian is an American novelist and #1 New York Times bestselling author of more than twenty books, including Midwives, The Sandcastle Girls, The Flight Attendant, and The Princess of Las Vegas. Born to an Armenian father and Swedish mother, he graduated summa cum laude from Amherst College, has written for numerous national publications, and lives in Vermont. Several of his novels have been adapted for film and television.
