Lyndsay Faye
Lyndsay Faye is an American novelist known for historical crime fiction and Sherlock Holmes pastiches. Born in the San Francisco Bay Area and raised in the Pacific Northwest, she has written acclaimed novels including Dust and Shadow, The Gods of Gotham (the first in the Timothy Wilde series), Jane Steele, The Paragon Hotel, and The King of Infinite Space. Her work has received Edgar Award nominations and recognition from the American Library Association. She formerly worked as a professional actress and lives in New York City.
