Kate Bolick is an American writer, editor, and lecturer best known as the author of the New York Times bestseller Spinster: Making a Life of One's Own (2015). She has been a contributing editor at The Atlantic, served as executive editor of Domino magazine, and has written for publications including Elle, Vogue, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. Bolick has also taught in the English department at Yale University and hosts literary programming related to Edith Wharton’s The Mount.
