Howard Jacobson

Howard Eric Jacobson is a British novelist and journalist known for his comic novels that often explore the dilemmas of British Jewish characters. Born in Manchester, he studied at Downing College, Cambridge, under F.R. Leavis. He has had a varied career as an academic, broadcaster, and columnist. He won the Man Booker Prize in 2010 for his novel 'The Finkler Question'.
