Maile Meloy

Maile Meloy is an American novelist and short story writer born in Helena, Montana. She is the author of several acclaimed works, including the novels 'Liars and Saints', 'A Family Daughter', and 'Do Not Become Alarmed', as well as the short story collections 'Half in Love' and 'Both Ways Is the Only Way I Want It'. She has also written a popular middle-grade trilogy, 'The Apothecary'. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards, including the PEN/Malamud Award, the Aga Khan Prize for Fiction, and a Guggenheim Fellowship.
